Miniclipper Logistics are pleased to announce the opening of a new warehouse in Leighton Buzzard in collaboration with aerosol packaging specialist LINDAL Group.

The 40,000 square foot multi-unit site in Cherrycourt Way went live in late 2025 as a dedicated storage and fulfilment facility for long term customer LINDAL Group, supporting their Leighton Buzzard manufacturing site. The facility is designed to enhance LINDAL’s operational efficiencies, flexibility and capacity in addition to the transport services which Miniclipper already provides.

LINDAL Group is a global leader in aerosol packaging solutions, providing valves, actuators and spray caps to customers worldwide. It’s UK manufacturing and sales operation is based in Leighton Buzzard, complementing a global footprint of production and innovation centres across Europe and beyond.

The partnership leverages the proximity of Miniclipper’s new warehouse to LINDAL Group’s UK manufacturing site, creating an integrated operation that minimises handling times and transport miles between component production and downstream logistics.

The operation is expected to deliver shorter lead times by optimising inbound and outbound flows from LINDAL’s local manufacturing plant to Miniclipper’s warehousing site and onwards to outbound distribution. Miniclipper’s new Warehouse Management System, Thomax .wms, offers LINDAL increased inventory visibility, integrated order processing and improved stock integrity.

The site becomes Miniclipper’s sixth warehouse overall and third in Leighton Buzzard, the town in which it was founded in 1971, further strengthening its footprint as a major local employer and leading service provider in Bedfordshire.

Now a third‑generation family business, Miniclipper has just entered its 55th year of operation, after local entrepreneur Mick Masters founded the Leighton Buzzard based company in 1971. With more than five decades of experience in warehousing and distribution, and multiple storage and transport sites across Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable and Burton‑upon‑Trent, Miniclipper offers integrated storage, fulfilment, ecommerce and transport services to a wide range of customers.

The Leighton Buzzard addition marks the next step in Miniclipper’s recent capacity expansions and technology investments, part of a multi‑year strategy that has seen rapid growth in the company’s operational capabilities. The past few years have seen significant investment, with a new 24-hour transport depot opening in Dunstable in 2021, followed by the redevelopment of the Billington Road site in Leighton Buzzard to create a 140,000 square foot storage facility. Additionally in 2023, a 100,000 square foot warehouse and transport depot was opened in Burton-on-Trent, giving the company a presence in the midlands and offering improved geographical coverage of the UK.

With the introduction of a new Transport Management System, Mandata Enterprise, in 2024 and the roll out of Thomax .wms, a new Warehouse Management System, through 2025 and 2026, the company’s continual introduction of modern technology is optimising processes, improving operational efficiency and progressing the digitalisation of its customers’ supply chains.

The new warehouse adds to a network that totals over 600,000 square foot of storage space with more than 50,000 pallet locations, supported by a 24‑hour transport operation with a fleet of over 55 vehicles and participation in multiple national pallet networks.
