Miniclipper Logistics celebrated a double win at two of the industry’s most prestigious awards earlier this month, being recognised for ‘Business Excellence’ at the Motor Transport Awards and ‘Logistics Provider of the Year’ at the UKWA Awards.
Both awarding bodies recognise and reward excellence in the third-party logistics sector, attracting entries from some of the most influential companies in the industry. The Motor Transport Awards praised Miniclipper Logistics for its exceptional service, people and environmental focus, whilst the UKWA commended the business on its professionalism, motivation and focus on working safely and ethically.
The family business was established by local businessman Mick Masters in 1971 when he responded to an advertisement in the Leighton Buzzard Observer for a part-time courier. Today the award-winning business specialising in the storage and transportation of palletised freight has an impressive portfolio of 4 warehouses, a fleet of 40 vehicles and over 300 customers.
Now in its second generation of leadership, Managing Director, Peter Masters was delighted to the be announced as the winner of both awards.
“At Miniclipper Logistics we strive to go above and beyond expectations to meet our customers’ needs. We are proud to be part of a business where our employees live and breathe this work ethic. This award is for them”.
