Last month, one of our longest serving Miniclipper employees retired from the business after working with us for 36 years. Graham started his career as a driver in our Transport Team, where he progressed to Traffic Clerk and Operations Manager. For the past year, Graham headed up procurement and sustainability at our Head Office site in Leighton Buzzard.
Graham has seen Miniclipper evolve firsthand since he joined back in 1987, the same year Miniclipper was first incorporated as a private limited company, and just after we purchased our first free hold premises in Leighton Buzzard. Graham is also one of the few that worked firsthand with our founder, Mick Masters, whom he has expressed thanks to for giving him his first job at Miniclipper…
“There are so many people I need to thank for helping in my development, but a special mention must go to Mick Masters. I would also like to thank Peter Masters and Dave Lightfoot for all their support and the fantastic colleagues I have got to know over the years at Miniclipper. I must also say a big thanks to all the customers, it has been a pleasure working with you all”.
Peter Masters, Managing Director of Miniclipper said…
“Graham is a big part of our history and we are very lucky to have worked with someone who has shown such commitment and loyalty to Miniclipper. Although the business has grown over the years, Graham has always kept the core business values as the foundation of his strong work ethic whilst managing a very busy transport operation. It’s been a pleasure to work with you Graham. Thank you for everything you have done for Miniclipper”.
Graham is looking forward to spending time with his wife Toni and his children and grandchildren (in between Luton Football Games for which he is a season ticket holder!)
