Strategically located in the prime locations of Bedfordshire and Burton-Upon-Trent, Miniclipper Logistics operates a 24-hour Distribution Centre, an exemplary fleet of over 60 vehicles and 600,000 sq. ft of warehousing space, seamlessly integrated to support your business’ end to end logistics needs.

Our transport team offer UK pallet distribution with membership of Palletline and The Hazchem Network, as well as full loads, container haulage, international shipments and specialist transport. Our strategically positioned depots in Dunstable and Burton-Upon-Trent and fleet of 60 vehicles give us nationwide coverage to support with your transport needs.

Across our six warehouses in Bedfordshire and Staffordshire, we have storage capabilities for operations ranging from fast paced B2C brands needing ecommerce fulfilment, to large scale B2C companies with full and part pallet movements. With BRCGS AA grade facilities for food storage, ADR compliant warehouses for hazardous chemicals and a dedicated fulfilment centre for ecommerce, we have every base covered for your logistics needs.

Fuel Efficiency & Vehicle Emissions

Microlise Fleet Telematics enables Miniclipper to monitor driving styles and performance of every driver and truck on fleet.  Driving styles are closely monitored and drivers coached and trained to optimise performance. Visit Microlise

Route optimisation software, Paragon, allows intelligent route planning allowing for traffic, customer operating times, roadworks giving capability to tightly plan driver drops to timed schedules. Visit Paragon

Solar Projects & Lighting

We place solar power on our owned warehouses and replace old lighting for more efficient and sustainable lighting systems which yields fast financial return and improves brightness in our facilities. All of our lighting across the warehouses, offices and loading areas has been converted to LED and personnel sensitive lighting.

Waste Management

  • Miniclipper has introduced several new recycling initiatives into the business as part of our waste management strategy, and our company wide ambition to be more environmentally conscientious
  • We recycle plastic and cardboard waste from our warehousing and transport operations which is collected by Cawleys for their recycling programmes
  • We have introduced the Cawleys ‘Infinity’ programme to segregate recycling waste, which keeps it cleaner, dryer and easier to recycle

The next project is to look at recycling the wood from damaged and old pallets, working with experts who can reuse the timber waste, refurbishing into new pallets or sending to a commercial wood chipping facility for reuse in areas such as large scale landscaping projects.
